Hot paprika truffles
A French physician 200 years ago used this recipe to heal his patients.
Hot paprika and other spices are soaked in cream, and then mixed with our Peruvian chocolate.The day after we dip it into our dark chocolate and dust with cocoa powder.
Ingredients: dark chocolate (cocoa beans, organic cane sugar, organic cocoa butter), cream, butter, organic cane sugar, balsamic vinegar, hot paprika, cinnamon, cloves, cocoa powder
