Organic Bergamot-Sailor Mustache
These fruits are harvested by local farmers from January to March on the sunny hillsides of Calabria and Morocco. First we make the candied peels with using only organic cane sugar. This takes about 2 weeks. Then we cut the candied bergamot rinds into mustache-sized slices and dip them into our chocolate made from Peruvian cocoa beans.
