Webshop usage information
1. Browsing in the webshop
You may browse in the webshop without registration and identification. You can learn about our products and services, and look at our pricing. The prices shown are inclusive of VAT, however, does not include any handling, packing and shipping charges.
Registration is necessary to make a purchase in our webshop. Having clicked on the "Registration" heading, you will need to enter real and valid data in the upcoming window.
For subsequent logins, you will need to provide your secret password (given during registration). In case you forget your password, the webshop can automatically resend it to your email address (provided during registration).
3. Making a purchase
You can select and place items into your "shopping bag" by specifying the desired amount and clicking on the "put in the bag" button adjacent to the particular item.
4. Contents of the shopping bag
In the "Shopping bag contents" window, you can track all selected items and their prices. All items may be changed or removed. To remove an item, click on the "delete" button in the item's row. When you finished selecting your items, click on the "Checkout" button to send in your order. In the next window, check all details, and make changes if necessary. Select the shipping method, the type of payment and read and accept our order conditions and general terms. You can read the terms by clicking on the link at the bottom of the page. Once you're happy with all details, click on the "Next" button to make the payment or finalise your order (depending on what payment option you selected).
It is important that you provide a - preferably mobile - telephone number that you can be reached on in case it becomes necessary during the dispatch of your order. The couriers will normally attempt to deliver your package without prior notice from 8 am till 18 pm on the next working day following the pick-up of the package at our facility. An automatic email will be sent to you with your tracking number and amount to be paid, once the packages are picked up the courier. If it becomes necessary, however, the courier will negotiate the time and place of the dispatch with you.
5. Acceptance of the order
Our webshop sends out an automatically generated email once your order is received. In cases when we need to contact you with regards to your order, we will do so using the telephone number and/or email address provided during registration.
6. Faulty orders
In case the products delivered do not meet your expectations, or you sent in your order by mistake, please notify us as soon as possible on our email address: firstname.lastname@example.org.
1. Shipping methods
Our products are dispatched by GLS courier. GLS delivers the packages from 8 am till 6 pm on the next working day from the pick-up at our facility.
If the courier does not find the adressee at the given address, he will attempt to call the given telephone number and/or leave a dispatch note, in order for you to arrange for a new dispatch time. If within 5 working days, despite 3 attempts, the courier does not secceed, the package will be returned to us.
For deliveries outside of Hungary air-freight by DHL may also be selected.
2. Shipping charges
Depending on the total value of your order we apply the following chargfes for inland packages:

Prices are inclusive of local VAT
For deliveries outside of Hungary, the webshop automatically calculates the shipping and handling charges based on the calculated gross shipping weight and the appropriate shipping zone multipliers. These charges can be checked and acknowledged prior to finalising your order.
3. Overweight packages
In case your order's total weight exceeds 40kgs, it will be divided into more than one packages. In such a case, the packaging charges might increase, and extra charges may apply.
4. Personal pickup
You have the option to collect your order from our shop (Budapest, V. kerület, Királyi Pál u. 6.) during opening hours, in case you selected this option when sending in your order.
Before you go and collect your package, please call us, or write to us in an email (email@example.com).
5. Shipping delays
Most of our products are continuously produced, and can be sent off within 1 working day of the order's date. However, in some cases, some products might need to be prepared from scratch, or some might be temporarily unavailable. In all cases, we aim to send your ordered products off within 5 working days of your order. If, however, for any unforeseen reason this is not possible, we will contact and inform you using the email address or telephone number provided during registration.
